A Very fine Balustroid sweetmeat glass , having a rib moulded ogee bowl with folded rim, over a stem with upper triple collar, central beaded knop and basal merese,all on a domed rib moulded and folded foot.

Height 5 1/2 ins 13.9 cm.

A superb and unusual sweetmeat glass as indicated by the folded bowl rim for added strength from attack by forks and spoons, I can though attest to its suitability as a lovely drinking glass.
