A spectacular and huge air twist goblet having a bucket bowl profusely wheel engraved with grapes and vines over a multi spiral air twist stem, on a plain conical foot, this goblet also retains its original cover which in itself is quite remarkable , also engraved with grapes and vines with a air bead finial .

Goblets such as this were most likely used in ceremonial settings such as weddings as a "pass glass " for the assembled gathering or possibly even in drinking clubs as gaming glass , empty in one go and you win !!! quite an achievement as it holds when filled to the brim four UK pints or 1/2 a UK gallon

A remarkable survivor and the largest I have seen and add to that it having it's origin cover it is I believe quite unique and in perfect original condition.
