A rare lynn wine glass having a round funnel bowl with three tooled rings to the lower half, over a rare stem composed of a solid corkscrew with a single band of twenty one threads around,all on a plain conical foot . a few small bubbles contained within the metal of the bowl.

Two glasses of this early type are illustrated in Lynn Glass ? Delomosne & Son Ltd, 1995. One was engraved but both had the same rare stem as this example. Another is illustrated in The Price Guide to English 18th century Drinking glasses, Turnbull & Herron, 1970 p 227.
