A very rare Light Baluster coin goblet having a bell bowl over a single merese and hollow blown knop with four prunts ,the hollow knop containing a silver 3 penny piece dated 1762,coins are rarely reliable for precise dating of glasses as many were use at a later date to commemorate a past event, however in this instance it would appear that the coin is entirely contemporary with the glass.
