An extremely rare heavy baluster Toastmaster's wine glass, having a deceptive conical bowl over a teared inverted baluster knop, all on a folded conical foot .

Height 5 11/16th ins 14.4 cm

A wonderful rare glass in perfect original condition.

The only other example I can readily find was sold from the Tughan Collection By Delomosne & Son Ltd 2017, No 4a slightly larger example of identical form with plain foot , referred to as being the King of deceptive glasses , (sold for £4750) maybe this example is the Queen!!
